Mrs. Anita Essien
Mrs. Anita Essien holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana (Legon) and a Master of Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management- Ghana Campus.
She has worked with and headed one of the strategic units of a prominent banking institution in Ghana, most notably Zenith Bank.
She worked for the Okantey Consulting Group as Recruitment and Placement Manager for corporate institutions.
She currently holds an SPHRi certificate from HrCi- United States of America. She is an experienced customer service manager and HR practitioner with diverse and in-depth knowledge in People Management.
She is the current Executive Director in charge of Operations and Human Resource at Bidvest Microfinance Ltd.
She is married and blessed with two(2) kids.
